10 easy fitness tips for healthier lifestyle :)

A systematic review – when?
For more than five years, you can engage in any sport, you have more than 35 years of age or have a medical problem? Before you start to do more, to work out a systematic review.

Muscles without increasing the volume
If you want to tighten up your muscles, not to maximize muscle mass, exercise with a small load, but with more repetitions. For instance, instead of with weights, exercise bands with overreachable. Repeat the exercise a minimum of 15 times.

Compensate the loss of water
It is natural that the more you sweat while exercising, and so the body loses important minerals. To maintain balance, it is necessary that after every 30 minutes of exercise per drink 250 ml of water.

Burn calories fast
The misconception is that calorie burning begins only after 30 minutes of exercise. Even ten minutes of intense training produces excellent results. Fitness experts say that calorie burning begins after four minutes of exercise.

Use a pulse meter
For the success of endurance training it is important to track the number of heartbeats per minute. It is therefore advisable to carry on training and meter pulse, which also can be purchased at sporting goods stores

Tic toc

You only need 90 minutes to convince your future husband that you’re the one (^__^)
0-5: The first impression
Subconsciously, what a man is looking for in a woman is, first of all, to look healthy. So, make sure you’re wearing blush and you’re not slouching.
5-10: The approach
To begin a conversation, ask him for help. For example, ask him how to set up something on your IPhone. Men love to feel useful and needed.
10-30: Body language
Try to look cool. Don’t cross your legs or your arms and lean towards him. Try to make slow moves; during the conversation, try to say his name, it’s gonna make his ego escalate.
30-60: Chemistry
Try to make him feel close to you; for example, mimic his hand moves.
60-70: Flirt
Try to be mysterious but nice as well. For example, if he asks you on a date (let’s say for Friday) tell him to make it on Saturday. Play hard to get, but not too much. You don’t want him to feel like you’re trying to avoid going on a date with him at all. Confidence and mystery are the best combination.
70-90: Intimacy
Don’t share your whole life’s story; ex-boyfriends or how angry your bff makes your feel. Try to share something small and wait for him to respond to it; if he shares something small as well, you’re on the right path.

The Devil's in the Details

Having to paint your nails every two or three days cuz your regular polish chips can be annoying but also requires a lot of time and money. That’s why all the “permanent” solutions are so popular. There are a lot of different options, such as silk, acrylic, gel and the newest UV gel nail polish, many of which you can do at home as well! Having experienced all of these options, I can enlighten you if you want to find the best option for you.

-      Acrylic: It has been a long time since it was in fashion. A lot of people find acrylic nails fake looking and, in my opinion, if you don’t have a problem with your nail length (if you don’t chew on them or if they naturally break), don’t try them. It’s impossible to put them on alone, but even if you go to a nail salon, when you take them off your nails will be weak, thin and damaged. It takes them a lot of time to recover and you might have to spend extra money on their recovery.

-      Silk: It’s a great solution because the result is more natural looking. Your nails won’t be destroyed after you take them off but it’s also pretty difficult to do it alone at home. But, if you are a fan of colors, like me, you’ll find a disadvantage in the fact that they only come in the style of French manicure.

-      Gel: Well, my almost favorite. If you have some time to spend learning how to do it alone, you can do it at home! It’s not very easy, but it’s not too hard either. It demands a lot of time but the result is great, natural and it doesn’t chip. There are plenty of colors to choose from. It makes your nails stronger as long as you wear it. The only disadvantage is that when you eventually take it off your nails will be weak, but not weak enough to crack or become damaged.

-      UV Gel Polish: I can’t hide that this is my favorite. It’s so easy; the process is exactly the same as painting your nails with an ordinary nail polish. The only extra thing you need to do is to put every layer under the UV light for 2-3 minutes. And then, your nails are shiny and strong, same as in the Gel technique, for at least 20 days. There are also a lot of colors to choose from. It takes me about 30 minutes to do it but for 20 days I don’t have to worry about my nails, because afterwards they are perfect; also, UV Gels can’t be scratched, so the product remains shiny and flawless.

Jessica Rabbit Make Up Tips

 https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjoDO0mIq7ozZcJ4HeTyJ49I1eR_-sfKfvbuzb-AV2b3CpkgFWVQSikRlHbqhSveLCk2yVO0zicJg4MP_qyUFDKp7PkwjyW_aASHzAJ3vHXvLNLsfz2m6n8hH4-gdAiv93ek-DHvBG37qRi/s400/JR+for+blog2.jpg

Well nobody can transform into a cartoon...but we can certainly try to adopt the lustful gaze Jessica Rabbit has!

You are going to need:

  • very good cream foundation half tone lighter than your face and a concealer.
  • bronze blush two tones darker than your foundation and a big brush to apply
  • a good black eye-liner, light purple, pink, purple and brown eye-shadow and mascara
  • and of course a red lip-liner (check witch tone of red fits you best..otherwise you're gonna hate the result) and a same tone red lipstick and lip-gloss
You have to apply carefully your foundation and concealer so your skin looks perfect.Tthen you take a big-fat brush and apply your blush under your cheek bones and on the top of your nose ..the easy part is done!

Now carefully apply pink eyeshadow to your upper lid then put  thelight purple shadow only on the start of the upper lid (pic 1)... then you have to apply dark purple on the upper lid (pic 2) on the right..in the end you apply the brown shadow in the end of the upper lid and under the eye carefully with a thin hard brush (pic 3)

You have to paint your lips carefully with the red lip-liner..then with the lipstick and in the end you apply the lip-gloss! READY!

Audrey Hepburn Make-up Style :)

Every girl that has seen "Breackfast at Tiffany's"  has fallen in love with the style and the classic beaty of Audrey Hepburn! I find her make-up easy to do but also so classic and you can wear it from day to night! So here are some how-to tips :) . The only things you're gonna need is make up/bb cream, eye-shadow, eye-liner, mascara, and a lip-gloss...

First of all you have to apply make up/bbcream on your face so it'll look brighter and smoother...then with a little soft brush you apply eye-shadow only on the moving upper lid...if you'r gonna go out for the night you can use some darker eye-shadow for the line where upper lid finishes so it'll create the illusion of having bigger eyes.then make a bold straight line with your black eye-liner on the upper lid..aloooot of mascara..and your favourite lip-gloss!
So easy!

Some tips about the colours you're gonna use...if you are going for a natural look and you are blond..try light brown or pink eye shadow and lip-gloss if you are brunette you can use dark brown or grey shadow with a nude lip-gloss!If you want something more extraordinary....you can use blue,purple..or green colours! :)

The Hair Factor

Well, let’s face it: if you wanna make a big change in your appearance, the best thing to do to avoid surprises… is to go to a good hair salon. But, if you really can’t afford it and want to color your hair at home, here are some tips to help you find the perfect fit for you in the vast jungle of the hair color system.

First things first: you have to find out if you belong in the warm tones (red, yellow, orange) or cool ones (blue and green). Normally, people with light skin and hair color look better in cool tone colors, unlike people with olive skin and dark hair, that look better in warm tones.

You can easily find out what color fits you best by looking at your clothes, cuz it’s the simplest way: if you look better in your warm tone clothes than your cool tone clothes, you are probably a warm tone person.

And, of course you need to know the color system. When you buy a hair coloring product, it has three numbers on the package, for example 7.35. Each number represents something. The first number (here, 7) represents the base and it can be from 1 to 10. So we have:

-      1: Black

-      2: Very Dark Brown

-      3: Dark Brown

-      4: Brown

-      5: Light Brown

-      6: Dark Blonde

-      7: Blonde

-      8: Very Blonde

-      9: Extra Blonde

-      10: Platinum Blonde

The second number (in this case, 3) is the tone and it can be from 1 to 7. So, we have:

-      1: Blue Ash

-      2: Purple

-      3: Gold

-      4: Bronze

-      5: Purple Red

-      6: Red

-      7: Green

The third number (here, 5) represents the secondary tone, which is in a smaller amount of product than the first tone in the hair color. Supposedly, every hair color fits everyone no matter the hair’s natural color, as long as it has the right tones.

If you look better in warm tones, you have to choose tones from the second number list: 3, or 4, or 5 or 6. If you look better in cool tones, your tones should be chosen again from the second color list, and those would be 1, or 2 or 7.

If there is a 0 in the color number (for example, 7.0), it means that the color will come out more vibrant. Or, if it is 7.60 (6 is the color for red), it means that the red will come out more vibrant.

Ever since I learned and followed these rules, I have been coloring my hair at home and the result hasn’t disappointed me. You can always ask for help from your family and friends on your first try, until you get the hang of things. You should also avoid huge changes on your own (if you’re a black 1, don’t try to go to a blonde 9): you could end up with a very bad result or even a bold head. Go easy on it and experiment with your new hobby and have fun with it!

Good Luck
