An easy and healthy recipe!!!

Hi all!!!

Here's one of my favorite recipes; easy to make and great for any meal in the day :)

It's also very healthy and low in calories!

What you’ll need:

Two egg whites

Two thin whole wheat bread slices without the crust

5 grams of Edam cheese (optional)

1 tablespoon of oregano

Set the oven to heat up at 180C. Prepare a baking pan and add a cooking sheet to prevent the bread from sticking on the pan while you’re letting everything cook. Place the bread slices in there and then cut holes in the bread with a cookie cutter or anything that will get a decent sized hole. Crack the egg and slice the yolk between the shells until all the whites have slipped through into the holes you cut earlier.

If the egg whites spill outside the holes, don't worry :P

Add the cheese and oregano equally distributing the ingredients onto the bread and place it in the oven. Let it cook for 10-20 minutes (depending on what type of oven you have).

Enjoy!!!

Scarlet Johansson Inspired - Summer look

Hello!!!

Here is a quick and easy make up look that is great for summer nights, inspired by Scarlet Johansson’s photo shoot for Dolce & Gabbana. Even though it’s not a complicated look, it will bring out your eyes and compliment every skin tone.

So, here is a picture of the look

Start out with applying a primer to your lids to prevent the eye shadows from creasing. Especially during the summer, when the weather’s hotter, your make up can slip and slide and get ruined. An eye shadow primer will prevent that from happening and will also make the colors look more vibrant. You can also apply the primer on your lower lash line since we're going to be using colors there as well.

Select a copper or sand-colored eye shadow and apply that on your lid. Stop when you reach the crease. If you don’t know where your crease is, just press your eye shadow brush gently on your eye socket and see where it becomes hollow. Blend to avoid any harsh lines. If you need help creating a sharper look when the eye shadow reaches the outer corners of your eyes, you can apply some scotch tape on each side and remove it when you’re done.

Now select a darker brown eye shadow and apply that on and above your crease. In the picture, Scarlet seems to have most of the darker color on the outer corners of her eyes. By applying a darker color above your crease, you are making your eyes look larger and also you’re making the look more dimensional, less flat.

Apply some of the dark brown eye shadow on your lower lash line as well to balance out the look.

Select a shimmering white eye shadow (or a shimmering flesh toned one) and add that under your brows blending it with the copper/sand-colored eye shadow. A lighter eye shadow below the brows highlights the look.

 Finally, apply your eyeliner

Scarlet is wearing a very classic eye liner in the picture and to recreate that, all you need is a felt-tip eyeliner or a very thin eye liner brush. Start by making small strokes along the lash line, starting at the inner corner and work your way out. Flick the tip of your brush upwards to create a perfect cat eye. Stay as close to the lash line as possible. If you have small eyes or very little lid space, make sure you keep the eyeliner line as thin as possible so as to not cover the other eye shadows.

Apply generous coats of mascara, one that adds length and volume!!!!

Add some blush to your cheeks of if you prefer to sculpt your cheeks, add some bronzer under your cheek bones to make your face look slimmer. Apply the bronzer under your cheek bones, following an upward motion. This will also give you a face lift!

For the lips, Scarlet is wearing a rose pink colored lipstick, but since the eyes are very neutral, they can go with everything. If you want, you can wear a red lipstick as well and make it a more glamorous look. You can also leave the lips bare for a day look.

Enjoy!!!
